More Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Also contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
